About The Course
Join us for a comprehensive and engaging one-day OMT course designed to teach you fast, effective techniques that can easily be integrated into a busy clinical practice.
You will gain hands-on experience from trainers who use OMT in busy practices themselves. You will leave the course with practical knowledge you can apply immediately. We also incorporate essential charting and billing information to help you learn how to streamline workflow.
This course fulfills the Component 3 requirements (hands-on OMT training) for board recertification through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).

Meet the Team
Hands Back On: An OMT Refresher was created by Dr. Miral Vaghasia and Dr. Adriana Guido-Rios. Their mission is to enhance OMT skills, support professional growth, and offer CME credits, all in a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
Course Director
Miral Vaghasia, DO
Dr. Vaghasia received her osteopathic degree from The University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a combined Family Medicine and Osteopathic Neuromuscular Medicine Residency Program at Medical City Fort Worth. She has also completed an academic medicine faculty development course. She currently practices at One Medical in New York integrating OMT into her family medicine practice.

Adriana Guido-Rios, DO
Dr. Guido-Rios received her osteopathic degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a combined Family Medicine and Osteopathic Neuromuscular Medicine Residency Program at Medical City Fort Worth. She has faculty appointments at Jefferson Medical School and Morristown Family Medicine Residency. She currently practices at Atlantic Health in New Jersey integrating OMT into her family medicine practice.
